Refund policy

all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases. Refunds are only issued in the event that your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@hanaluxery.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once we verify the defect or issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Report an Issue

To report a defective or damaged item and request your refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at support@hanaluxery.com

If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label for the defective item, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. Please note that return items will need to be sent to the following address: 

Non-Returnable Items

Regardless of the circumstances, certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded under any condition, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for a return under this EU regulation, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing Your Refund (For Defective Items)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned defective item, and let you know if the full refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
